  Well it started with the booking by phone. I booked in only that morning, and I felt like I had to be grateful that they had "fitted" me in at 3pm on a Saturday - when I turned up, there were no other customers.
  
  Not sure of the name of the lady who helped me, but I was only allowed to pick 5 dresses to try on - I thought it made sense because no more would fit in the dressing room. However, after I'd tried them on, she said "well I suppose you're finished then", I said that I wasn't and I asked if I could have a look around the rest of the shop to try others on. She rolled her eyes.
  
  I didn't get any time alone with the bridesmaids to discuss each dress, the shop assistant just stood there and asked me what I thought - and if I didn't like an aspect of the dress, I was made to feel guilty for it - especially the dress she picked out for me to try on.
  
  I really wanted to try on dresses, but the entire time I felt like the shop assistant couldn't wait for me to leave. I felt like I was a second class citizen. I would never recommend anyone going to this shop.
